INGREDIENTS

5 c rhubarb, cut in small pieces

4 c sugar
 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Let set until sugar dissolves

  2. Boil 15 min.

  3. Remove from heat & add 1-3oz package strawberry Jell-O.

  4. Stir until dissolved.

  5. Bottle.

(Also good with other Jell-O flavors)
