INGREDIENTS

2 c crushed pineapple

½ c chopped nuts

1/3 c honey or sugar

½ pint whipping cream, whipped

½ c lemon juice

2 envelopes gelatin

1 c grated cheese

½ c cold water

1 c diced celery

DIRECTIONS

  1. Bring first 3 ingredients to boil.

  2. Meanwhile, dissolve gelatin in cold water.

  3. Remove mixture from heat and add gelatin mixture.

  4. Stir to dissolve.

  5. Cool completely.

  6. Add all other ingredients and chill.
