INGREDIENTS
2 c crushed pineapple
½ c chopped nuts
1/3 c honey or sugar
½ pint whipping cream, whipped
½ c lemon juice
2 envelopes gelatin
1 c grated cheese
½ c cold water
1 c diced celery |

DIRECTIONS

Bring first 3 ingredients to
boil.

Meanwhile, dissolve gelatin
in cold water.

Remove mixture from heat and
add gelatin mixture.

Stir to dissolve.

Cool completely.

Add all other ingredients and
chill.
