INGREDIENTS

2 c sugar

2 c water

2 c vinegar

2 qt. small beets cooked until tender and cooled
 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Remove skins from beets.

  2. Boil first 3 ingredients.

  3. Pour syrup over beets.

  4. Simmer 15 minutes.

  5. Pack in jars and seal.
