INGREDIENTS

3 c beet juice

3 T lemon juice

1 pkg. grape Kool-aid

1 pkg. Certo crystals

4 c sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil beet juice.

  2. Add lemon juice, Certo, and Kool-aid

  3. Bring to a hard boil.

  4. Add sugar and keep at rolling boil for 8 min.

  5. Skim & seal.
