INGREDIENTS
5 T flour
1 c milk
1 c sugar
¼ c lemon juice
3 T butter
½ t lemon rind
3 eggs, separated |

DIRECTIONS

Cream flour and sugar with
butter.

Beat yolks until thick.

Add yolks & milk to flour
mix.

Add lemon juice & rind.

Beat egg whites until stiff
but not dry.

Fold into batter.
-
Pour into buttered baking
dish.

Put baking dish in pan with
1" hot water.
-
Bake at 350° 65 min. or until
firm.
