The hoppers

Ho-de-hay the hoppers say,
ho-de-hum say some.
Ho-de-lay, to play, to play,
ho de dum, what fun!

Ho-de-hee, oh my what glee.
Ho-de-hi, they cry!
Ho-de-fum, sail in the sun,
ho-de-li they fly.

Ho-de-bump, they fly and jump,
and zoom, and tumble, and fall.
And so would I, I’d like to fly
ten times as I am tall.
